Wildwood Construction is currently performing an on-turn renovation of 440 apartment units at Mosaic Dallas, a historic high-rise community in downtown Dallas, Texas. The scope includes upgrades to common lighting, door hardware, cabinets, cabinet hardware, tile backsplashes, new countertops, and plumbing fixtures.
The phased renovations are taking place during resident turnover to minimize vacancy times and support seamless leasing transitions. The refreshed units uphold the property’s blend of historic character and modern urban living standards.
