At The Meadows at Meridian in Parker, Colorado, Wildwood Construction carried out an on-turn renovation program across 361 apartment and townhome units. The scope included interior repainting, new flooring installation, kitchen and bath plumbing fixture upgrades, lighting replacements, tile backsplash installations, updated blinds, and new countertops.
With each unit turned and refreshed between occupancies, the phased work allowed for efficient transitions without disrupting leasing operations. The upgrades supported the property’s repositioning efforts and added value to homes designed for work-from-home flexibility, energy efficiency, and modern comfort. The project was delivered on schedule and has since been fully closed out.
