Wildwood Construction is actively overseeing a comprehensive renovation initiative at 128 on State, focused on refreshing 28 apartment homes during resident turnover. Interior improvements include new granite countertops, custom tile backsplashes, updated plumbing fixtures, upgraded lighting, fresh paint, modern blinds, and range hood installations.
