Wildwood Construction is currently managing an extensive renovation initiative at The Lakes Apartments, encompassing 210 apartment homes on turn. This multifaceted scope includes the installation of stainless-steel appliances, new cabinet boxes, doors and drawers, cabinet hardware, quartz countertops, and full tile backsplashes. Units also received upgraded plumbing fixtures, new flooring, fresh paint, bath hardware, and modern blinds to reflect the property's clean, Pacific Northwest aesthetic.
In addition to interior updates, Wildwood is executing capital restoration work stemming from a previous flood event, including amenity repairs and common-area enhancements. The project showcases Wildwood’s ability to manage complex, layered scopes across multiple units while maintaining quality and consistency at scale—all within an active, occupied community.
