Wildwood Construction completed a targeted on-turn renovation program at The Hartley Dunwoody, upgrading 75 apartment homes with high-impact interior improvements. The scope of work included new countertops, tile backsplashes, cabinet doors and drawers, kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures, updated appliances, cabinet hardware, door hardware, and fresh paint. Additional upgrades such as modern lighting, bath accessories, and smart thermostats were installed to align with the property’s elevated living standards.
The renovations were executed during resident turnover, allowing for efficient scheduling and minimal leasing disruption. These enhancements support The Hartley’s upscale brand and deliver refreshed interiors that balance timeless design with modern comfort.
