Wildwood Construction completed an on turn renovation of 236 apartment units at Windsor Herndon, a modern residential community in Herndon, Virginia. The scope focused on refreshing interior finishes to prepare units for new residents, including updated flooring, fresh paint, new blinds, lighting fixtures, and refinished cabinets and countertops.
The renovations were completed during turnover periods to ensure a seamless transition between residents, minimize vacancy time, and maintain the community’s elevated aesthetic. The updated units reflect Windsor Communities’ commitment to quality and modern living standards.
